Basically what the title says. If you fold clothes immediately after they are dried in a drying machine will they not have wrinkles and will take away the hassle of ironing?
I have a 57% silk and 43% cotton blouse. My pants are 80% polyester, 10% rayon, and 10% wool. I iron the shirt on the silk setting. The wrinkles won’t go away. I iron the pants on the synthethic fabric setting. The wrinkles are very prominent, and nothing I do seems to help. I’ve turned the clothes inside out, I’ve used water, I’ve used a lighter touch and a harder touch, etc. How can I iron them myself because I definitely can’t go to a dry cleaners right now.
HELP please, I thought I had emptied the clear liquid cleaner out of the clear spray bottle I have..(I have often done that when the cleaner is empty, I just fill it with water and use it to dampen the laundry before ironing) all this to tell you that last week I needed to add some water to the iron so it would steam…well instead of getting my measuring cup, filling it with water and then filling the Iron I just opened up the spray bottle and poured some into the iron. WELL It did steam and did make the wrinkles in the tablecloth go away but when I was done Ironing I looked at the bottom and it was oozing out of the steam vents.. That was last week. I thought I had poured lots of fresh water in it and even some vinegar and water… but even after much playing around with it there is still residue in the little clear water tank and after emptying it and refilling it over and over and over still oozing out with cleaner any IDEAS? I wiped it, sponged it but it keeps oozing!

I get shine streaks in my clothing when I turn the iron on high enough to get the wrinkles out. How can I stop this from happening? I have ruined too many clothes. If I don’t get shine streaks, I end up burning a hole in my clothes or imprinting an iron. I can’t get the wrinkles out when I don’t put the iron on a high enough temperature.
I went to the mall yesterday and there was a stand that was doing demos of this iron that steams the wrinkles out of clothes while they were just hanging up. It said "made in Italy" and it said .95 but the guy said he’d give it to me for 24.99. I don’t know if that helps any or not, but if you know what it’s called or thebrand, please let me know!
What is the best clothes steamer/steam iron you have used, how much did it cost, and where did you purchase it?
My boyfriend’s birthday is coming up, he has absolutely everything, so I want to get him something practical. He is in business so he’s always wearing slacks and button-ups and he is constantly having to iron. I want to get him one of the steamers so that his clothes will look like he got them from a dry cleaners and he won’t have to spend as much time getting the wrinkles out as he does when he irons them.
Anyone ever used TheTobi?
I stay at a hotel 3 nights a week and after my clothes are in a suitcase, they get wrinkled. I am not the best ironer (although I do it if I have to). I often "steam" my clothes in the bathroom with a hot shower but that sometimes makes the fire alarm go off! Any suggestions on an easy way to get the wrinkles out of clean clothes coming out of a suitcase?
LOL – yes I have left my clothes so long in the shower that they have set off the fire alarm and actually had pictures fall off the wall!
