what does it mean to iron clothes in drawing in or to iron without drawing in or blower?

I want to know what’s the difference between ironing clothes in blower and ironing them in drawing in, and what does drawing in actually means.
I’ve been searching for a meaning and most of what I’ve found where referring to the action of pulling something or moving and object. And I don’t know if that when I say "iron in drawing in" it actually means to iron by moving the ironing device.
I need help on this one cause I find it really confusing.
Thanks so much.

when you sew something like a dress and the top is straight and you have to attach the skirt or sleves, when you ‘gather’ the material (make it poofy), you have to iron the ‘gathering’ down so the wider poofy will fit (sew it to fit) the smaller top or sleve hole. I’m guessing drawing in is gathering, sry haven’t made anthing in decades. Just read the directions, it’ll come together better than you expected. Drawing in…probally not what you are referring to, but take a straight piece of material, make large stitches, knot the end, draw the thread (pull) and the material will gather (get puffy)
